$50 deposit ($25 for one day packages) is required upon registration for packages.

• Registrations will be confirmed via email when deposits are received. 
• Balances due by September 1, 2008. 
• NO refunds of deposits can be given after September 10, 2008.

• Crop spots will be given to wait list croppers is balances are not received by the due date.
• Please keep in mind when registering, the beds are luxurious, BUT are a double size bed. Please consider your sleeping arrangements when registering. CFAC staff can not garuntee king size rooms. These are assigned by the hotel staff. Cots can be arranged through the hotel but arrangements must be made on your own. CFAC staff is not responsible for ordering cots or any addition cost for this service.  Mini frigs are available on a first come first serve basis at check in. No garuntees are made.

This includes two nights hotel stay, cropping from 12pm Friday through 3 pm Sunday, non-stop if you choose, dinner Friday, lunch/dinner -Saturday, and Lunch -Sunday.
